Ingredients: 1 cup water 2 table spoon Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil 2 table spoon Soy Sauce 1 box of Firm Tofu 1 green chili 1 tomato 1 red bell pepper Some Carrots Some snow peas 1/2 Onion Shan’s Vegetable Curry Mix Masala Some Jeera Salt and black pepper to taste Some Cilantro Instructions: 1. Chop the vegetables and tofu into small pieces. 2. Put some olive oil in a heated pan. 3. Put some Jeera for 10 seconds in the pan. 4. Sautay the onions and chilis with jeera. 5. Once the onions are golden brown, add the tomatoes and vetable masala. Let this simmer for 3-4 mins. 6. Add 2 tbs of soy sauce to give the dish an asian taste. 7. Add all the vegetables. Put 1 cup of water. 8. Cover the pan with a lid and let the dish cook for 7-8 minutes. 9. Once the Thunder tofu is “thundering”, add some cilantro to garnish the dish. 10. Enjoy and share with your friends!

Hey i was wondering may be i can Put Some Green onion and Green Peppers instead of Red Pepper. And some Tareyaki sauce and white wine vinegar Just To be be the Taste Sweet & Sour Do you Think its a Nice Idea? Thanks For Recipe
