It is a spicy potato (Aaloo) & Cauliflower (Gobhi) vegetable. It is dry vegetable for main course that can be served with Rice or Indian flat bread/chapati/roti. Easy and quick to prepare.

Greetings, Neha! Just wanted to tell you I love your recipes and videos. I recently visited India and loved the food so much, I’m here on youtube trying to learn how to make it for myself. I also like how you explain the names of the ingredients and show the measurements. For the longest time I had no idea where to get green chili, then you mentioned serranos. I learned from you that coriander leaves and cilantro are the same thing. Thank you, Neha! Keep up the excellent work!
